The difference between traditional grinder and magnetic grinder:

Disadvantages of traditional grinders:
1.Because stone abrasives are used, it is impossible to clean and polish inner holes, concave and convex surfaces, dead corners, and internal and external threads. Only some surface treatment can be done.
2.The grinding and polishing time is very slow, usually taking several hours to complete.
3.High cost, stone-type abrasives are used, and after a period of grinding, they need to be replaced.
4.It is easy to damage the workpiece, deform the workpiece, and affect the accuracy.
Operation method:
1.Debugging: After starting the machine, put the workpieces into the polishing barrel from less to more. The number and weight of the workpieces are related to the body shape of the workpieces. Therefore, the workpieces are slowly put in and increase, and the rotation speed of the flipped workpiece slows down, but the workpiece cannot be fixed. When the workpiece does not rotate, the polishing liquid will be uneven, and the polishing time will be unnecessarily extended.
2.Before polishing, be sure to clean the oil on the surface of the workpiece. The polishing liquid cannot remove a lot of oil, otherwise the workpiece, polishing needle, water and polishing barrel may turn black. Cleaning liquid must be used when cleaning the polishing needle and polishing barrel.
